Totally confused

I had a tubal reversal August 12 , af visited like normal, was told I could start TTC afterwards; so now af was supposed to come last wed and never showed, I took several tests all with bfn, then Saturday and Sunday I had a single spot from af, then Monday around lunch af really showed up and all day yesterday and then this morning it was like someone hit a switch and turned it off, no spots nothin, I have felt swollen and my boobs look bigger, so I took another test with another BFN, but still nothing from af, what should I do next?  I'm just soo disappointed.
