Potential Age Gap Relationship

I’m turning 49 next month & an acquaintance of mine has suggested fixing me up with her niece who’s turning 30. I’ve met her & certainly wouldn’t mind having a shot with her. It’s been mentioned she would like to get married & have children. I may end up being a little conflicted. On one hand, I’m second guessing if it’s a good idea to have a child at my age. Another part of me would love to marry & try to get her pregnant on the wedding night.

Is it appropriate to have a child with someone with such an age gap?
