My boyfriend says he loves me I'm not convinced?

I know that I love my boyfriend we had a very strange start to the relationship where everything moves really quickly but we both are some messed up people especially me and I know that pisses him off. He has been saying recently he's been feeling suffocated but he still loves me but we only see each other maybe twice a week! I feel like he never wants to be with me! Help 😟 like when we are together things are so so good!
