Drinking while breastfeeding?

So I've seen a lot of people ask how much is okay to drink and everyone says if you can drive you can breastfeed but what if you have a super low tolerance and one glass of wine makes you tipsy? Is it okay to breastfeed still or should you not drink at all?

in my family the rule has always been "if you can find baby, you can breastfeed". you won't harm baby with alcohol passed through the breastmilk because to get a significant amount (to the point where it'd potentially cause issues) you'd already be VERY alcohol poisoned. the biggest rule is just making sure that you're aware of yourself and your baby basically!
