No cost mental health apps for kaiser members

I’m new here and thought I’d share some mental health resources that are no cost for Kaiser members. I find that a lot of Kaiser members do not know about this benefit. I don’t know about other healthcare providers so check with yours if you have a different one. I hope people find this helpful for whatever journey they are on! ❤️❤️
