Teething??

My daughter is 16 weeks and has been gnawing on her hands all day, she has been waking more at night, and SCREAMING like shrill inconsolable scream cries every day. She has at least one bout of inconsolable crying that lasts 10-20 mins on average but at one point was 50 minutes before I got her to calm down. She has CMPA and I am EBF day 6 of no dairy so some of the fussiness could be from that… I just want to know if you experienced this level of fussiness and screaming with your baby when they were teething? I feel horrible knowing shes in pain from not only her leftover CMPA symptoms, but also possibly teething now.
