He can roll onto tummy but can’t really roll back yet. I can’t sleep, please help… what if I’m sleeping and he can’t breathe or something ): I’m so scared

Back to tummy is much harder of a movement than tummy to back. So if he can roll onto his belly on his own, he can definitely lift his head and roll back to his back, he just hasn't done it yet but the muscle strength is there.
