Separation anxiety help
My baby is going to be 10 months in a couple days and while she’s always had some separation anxiety even when she was younger it seems like it’s at an all time peak right now. I used to be able to put her in her huge playpen and put the TV on and she would be fine either playing by herself or watching the TV so I can do things in the kitchen (which is only a few feet away from the playpen) such as eat my breakfast or lunch, finish dishes, and make her solids for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Now she absolutely hates being put in the playpen if no one is in there with her. She will scream and cry until I either pick her up or hop in the playpen with her. It’s frustrating because I can barely put her down to use the bathroom, eat, or make her food. I know this is a normal stage in development but if there are any tips from other mamas/parents on how to deal with it. I’ve started to let her cry it out but I don’t know if there’s anything else that could help a bit
