4 years together decline in sex

Me and my bf have been together for 4 years we make 5 years soon and our sex life hasn’t been the same since this summer.. he would always be in the mood, at least 3 times out the week then it turned into 3 times out the month now it’s never.. ( it did start when his finances begin to decline making him forced to stay home more) since September until now I have to start sex first and he usually just wants oral and nothing more. I have to masturbate at least 2 times a week because my sex drive had increased tremendously. NO I don’t think there’s anyone else involved being that he’s home 80% of the time trying to get his business back together but I miss having sex!
