Teething turning baby into rabid badger

Looking for teething advice! My daughter is 5 months and has been teething for 2 months but it has ramped up by A LOT now. Drool all over her entire onesie, chewing on every/anything, pissed at everything but no signs of teeth under gums. It seems like the cold teethers don’t do too much for her. She enjoys chewing on them but it doesn’t seem to numb the pain much at all. I’ve given tylenol a handful of times in the past couple months but today is the first day it was so bad I had to give Tylenol during the day. Any tips on how to ease their pain? Different teethers besides the keys or raspberry paci? Advice on how to not lose your mind during the teething phase? Lol
