I've had this rash for like 3 daysand bad mouth ulcers (although I always have the ulcers) does anyone know what it could be or anything. Yes im allergic to like everything but I haven't had anything that can trigger this could it be anything else???

Looks like hives but it could be anything!

If you take an antihistamine the rash will subside a bit, the itchiness(if it is itchy) should stop and the redness will also be reduced greatly. But if you are all that conceded maybe go and speak to your local pharmastist or GP. They would be able to give you an answer as to what it is.
