Heart/chest pain

I'm 15, I get a lot of pain in my heart/chest. It's pain under my left boob, it hurts when I breath in sometimes and it's sort of sharp, I have Been getting it quite a bit Lately. Does anyone know what it could be or what I can do to help it? I'm not overweight, I'm 5'6 or 5'7 and weigh 52kg
