23 weekers now 2 years old

In May of 2020 I went into the hospital because I was leaking fluids. 2 weeks later my precious little ones came at 23 weeks and 4 days. That same day their dad left, so I've been a single mother since. They both have Cerebral Palsy and I do almost everything on my own. Most of my support system isn't really consistent, so I lean mostly on God.

I'm so exhausted 😭. I don't really have people to text throughout the day and it gets boring 😂.

I really don't know how some women/men do it with more than 2 kids. Just with my 2 I feel as though I'm ready to break.
