7w5d Miscarriage
My pregnancy ended at 6w3d just 2 days after I saw that beautiful little heartbeat. I started spotting last night and my thoughts were confirmed this morning. I'm sad yet calm. I knew what was happening last night and had time to come to terms with the news I would receive after my ultrasound.
