Hey I need help someone explain to me how ovulation works. I had my period on Jan 20 and it ended on the 24. So I want to know what days I ovulated cause on the flo app is says I am ovulating on jan 27-9. But then on this app it says I’m 3DPO so I’m just confused someone explain thanks.
