Idk I’m on my period or not

Tuesday night on January 24 I had sex 3 times with my on and off bf he pull out all 3 times. I also clean off his sperm and always pee after we done. During that week i was feeling nauseous and light headache on and off someone told be it could be pms . Btw I’m on birth control pills I take every day n we try some new positions and my flo app said i will be coming on my period on February 7. the date have pass i don’t know I’m on my period or not I feel like i am bc i been having back plains and lil cramping. Sometimes I don’t bleed when I come on. But this time I didnt I’m confused ? I also had lil discharge i also been having lil stomach cramps  idk I’m on my period or not lol
