random red dots on face?

okay so randomly i’ve been breaking out more than i ever have in my entire life. it’s been weird but i’ve got the break out kinda under control. Now i’m dealing with random red individual bumps all over my face, more so close to my eyes. like on my eye bags right on the corner of my eye, on top of my eyelid. etc. and they’re not pimple like, they’re bright red and painful to the touch and idk if i should be looking more into them or not? Does anyone know what it could be or have had some type of similar experience?
