Vagina bled during sex 😅

Hi I don’t know if this is normal but has anyone ever gone through this? My vagina is very sensitive, my bf knows but it was made even more clear. We didn’t have sex for a while, and when we finally did I wasn’t wet but I was in the mood. Keep it in mind his penis is huge! I started bleeding and it stung a bit but nothing concerning to where we couldn’t continue. He doesn’t think it’s normal but I believed it happened bc he went in too fast. Should I go see a doctor, I don’t know if this has to do with hormones bc I also suffer from intense periods and I am not regular. I am worried😅
