Completely terrified & overwhelmed

Hi all!

I'm 43 yrs old and DH is 55 yrs old. Got married 1.5 years ago. This is my very first time of TTC. My Dr. said to download glow and track when I ovulate, etc. I'm completely terrified of getting pregnant and not knowing what I'm doing. I'm overwhelmed with all the abbreviations, how the app works, and what to do if I do get pregnant. Omg. This is so scary. I have respect for all of you who go through this. Next week is ovulation time. Soooo, just have sex every day, take my prenatal vitamins daily, and then hope for the best? Try to fill out all the cute buttons and charts in the glow app every day next week? I am not sure what I need to be tracking or how yall are able to speak this abbreviation language, lol. Omg, I'm so scared I might not get pregnant. I'm also scared it might! Eeek!!!
