Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, so I woke up with a FULL bladder, went and emptied it, but I just felt feeling the pressure like I had to do I went 2 more times (barley anything) but afterwards I noticed my vagina is irritated, when I went back to pee I felt some like “hard” thing near my pee hole and some blood (not from my vagina, but from me pee hole) the lower part of my stomach is hurting and my vagina is really irritated. I haven’t had sex ever so I know it isn’t anything related to that. Does anyone know what this could be?
