Super concerned

This is may be a dumb question but doesn’t hurt to ask. Two weeks ago, I was making out with my boyfriend, we were fully clothed and I was grinding on him. But ever since then, I’ve been nauseous nonstop, my breasts are super sore and I’ve been peeing nonstop. I want to know what’s happening?? And for now I gotta rule out the OGBYN cause I’m not able to go to my OGBYN until the end of March
