Time to take pill
I’ve been on birth control for about 3 years now. I’ve been on depo and the pill. I’m currently on tri lo sprintec which I started last month. I would always take my birth control at 7 am which i currently still take it at that time. What time do you all recommend? With any other tips of effectiveness
