Started new pill

I started a pill (went from junel fe to tri lo sprintic). My boobs have been killing me for the past couple days and now I’m having sharp pain in my stomach. I’m also getting headaches. I took a test too see if it was pregnancy but the test was negative. If it was that it would have shown up bcuz of the symptoms right? I switched because I almost completely lost my period on junel fe and it really stressed me out.
