Advice please

Hello, Im only 17 and had sex on Thursday last week, I’m on gederal pill which I have not missed and he pulled out . Bare in mind this is the first time I’ve ever had sex without a condom so it’s worrying me.

I have been having strange aches under my belly , and feeling tired , more discharge than normal but normal coloured ,

i may be over thinking things as I said it’s the first time but I just wanted to see if other people would be worried,

I did not take a Plan B as it’s not needed while on the pill but I’m just worried , ik it might sound very silly to some people and I’m sorry if it does I’m just young and it wasn’t planned that the condom was not going to be used
