How do I leave? I need some advice..

Heyy..so me and my bf have been together about 2 years but have known each other long. He moved to my state with me 1 year ago..on all of his visits he was kind and helpful he would help around the house etc, he did disclose that he hated washing dishes and said that he could help by putting away dry ones, taking out the trash, and cleaning the bathroom (after moving in)..however he doesn't do anything but take out the trash if I repeatedly ask him, he doesn't clean the bathroom not even his piss dribble, and he gets livid if I ask him for help with putting the dishes away or if I ask him to wash his single dish after the kitchen had been cleaned. He does not want to wash his ass it's been 2+ weeks 🤮 but is upset when I don't wanna have sex and has the audacity to ask me to suck him..I've told him time and time again I need help and that I can't keep doing this just for him to pile his sh*t on my table and couch and dirty the apartment again..at thus point we've had multiple talks and no action..the icing in the cake is a few months ago I got highly sick..I could barely get out of bed I had lost 20lbs and could barely do anything, during this time my apartment got soooo bad because he doesn't do his part..he's on the came 6-12 hours a day in a party chat with people he claims not to like even when he's not playing this party chat is active and when the no longer appease him he will wait 5-20 minutes and if i don't give him the attention he wants he'll grt mad, leave and goto the room..or he'll love bomb me afterwards as if I'm supposed to be satisfied..and let's not get started on the woman he's friends with "because of her big titties" (his words not mine and I'm Itty bitty titty) and claim to no longer attracted to her and that they only talk about games (its bs I've seen with my own eyes) HOW DO I GIVE HIM BACK TO HIS MAMA?

Edit: My landlord won't agree to change the locks and he never leaves so I can't pack his things

I tried to have another talk which turned to "I'm depressed" "I wouldn't want you to change to make me comfortable" "I wait to shower so I'll have clothes for work" "I'll take a shower in the morning" well hello it's 2pm and straight to the shitter and then to his loyal game not even eating because although I left 2 slices of bacon I am apparently punishing him by telling him to make his own oatmeal since he was asleep when I made mine....does anyone know how to go about legally removing him?
