When to have toddlers b-day party (expecting 2 weeks prior) more in description

So I'm wondering if anyone has advice on what to do when you are expecting 2 weeks prior to your toddler turning 4. My daughter's birthday is June 22nd and I'm expecting June 12th. I know you can't truly plan everything because due dates aren't a sure thing but my first 2 were born at 39+3 and 40+3 so I feel pretty confident that I'll be close to my due date and we can always adjust if plans change when the time comes. I considered just skipping a party this year but my daughter is at an age where she really loves parties and understands that birthdays mean parties and I want her to have that joy.

So does anyone know if it may be better to have the party a month early when I will be 37-38 weeks along (I tolerated my other pregnancies well and was pretty able until my babies were born) or wait until my newborn is about a month old and go for July. Outside stuff would be nice in May but a little warm in July. Would be probably have to be inside for a July party. I also have a 1.5 year old if that matters.

Anyone have experience or advice?
