Plan B needed??? PLEASE HELP!

We got carried away, I put spermicide in and he didn’t finish, but I’m worried about any pre cum.

I was a day and a half past my projected ovulation day. Cervical mucus had changed from egg white and prepared for baby makin to pretty dry about 2 days prior to doing the deed…

I am not on any BC due to severe migraines and PCOS. I’ve never taken plan B and I’m not sure what I should do here.

Any thoughts, cause mine are that I shouldn’t have let my desires overrule me head….
