Any tips how to stop 1 year old from biting?

My one year old keeps biting my 3 year old when he won’t share his toys or when my 3 year old goes near him. His bite marks get pretty bad one time he bit me and it left a huge bruise and bite mark. The other day He bit my 6 year olds cheek thank god he didn’t get to grab him enough to leave a bite mark 😩🥺 I tell him no when he does it and I say ouch like I’m in pain  but it’s not working. Any tips?

Remove him from the room every time, let him know it is not okay to bite and then take him to another room, if he bites you tell him the same thing and leave the room. I'm guessing he's doing this out of frustration but he could also be doing it out of attention seeking so remove all attention from the behavior.

Keep telling him no and remove him promptly from the situation (like if big brother is in the living room, move him to the kitchen with you). He’s still too young to have much empathy so he’s biting when he has big feelings and doesn’t understand how much it hurts. 
When you remove him you can say something like, “I see you are angry brother won’t share his toys, but I can’t let you bite.” Then distract him with a different toy. Rinse and repeat as necessary. He’s a toddler, so it may take a while, but it will sink in if you’re consistent.

Sounds harsh, but bite him back! At the moment he just sees that he gets a reaction when he bites! Biting him back will make him realize how much it hurts! Not saying that you should bite hard to leave marks but just enough to make him realize it!
