Do you think pull out method really works when you do it correctly?

The guy i recently dated only does unprotected sex. He said he's been doing it for 10 years and never got anyone pregnant. He said so long as you do it right you won't get pregnant. What are your thoughts? I'm curious cuz I have always only done protected ones

My thoughts are he's an idiot. Full stop.
Pull out method isn't considered a form of birth control. Sure, some people have success with it. My so and I have never gotten pregnant using pull out. However, that's not the case with everyone and I wouldn't be doing it if you don't want to get pregnant. If you look into it pull out is only like 70% effective at best. If you really prefer to not use protection of any kind maybe look into family planning methods.
For me there are two bigger issues here. For one, he's not giving or willing to give up the option to use condoms. Which is a big red flag to me. He doesn't get to make that decision by himself or demand anything from you. Two, I hope this man regularly gets testes for sexually transmitted infections. There are some that are not detected right away, potentially stay dormant for years, or have no symptoms at all. I'd stop sleeping with this guy. Get yourself tested. Find someone who takes their sexual health seriously so they don't out you at risk

Absolutely not. It’s a gamble and can absolutely happen. Always protect yourself unless you want a baby. If he does not respect your wishes of using protection then he is a low quality guy and you should leave him. You owe it to yourself to hold high standards. Honestly, I would break up with him on the spot if he lacks the intelligence to see why protection is important.

Do I think certain people use it correctly for long term yes but it still very risky and easy to slip up. For all you know women he has been with could have been infertile, not ovulating, on some other form of bc, using plan B, or potentially even had got pregnant/abortion/miscarriage uknown to him. There is also a chance he is decent at the pull out method and so far has been lucky. I relied solely on pull out method for like a good 8 years. Until I got pregnant and had an abortion. 
Do I think you should let some Douchebag try and convince you to do something you don't really want to do because it is statistically not the safest option? No quite frankly I wouldn't even try to reason with him if he came out the gate that strongly with his opinion he can go find someone else who agrees with him to have unprotected sex with.
