Why dump me ?

So I’ve been seeing this guy since November and it was really good. Never thought I had someone treat me so well. He has met my friends. We went to San Diego, Vegas and got back from Mexico City. All of a sudden how can he sit there and text me that he’s not ready. How could he do that to me and wasted a big chunk of my time. How can he say that he loves hard and then I get this ?
