Has anyone ever had this before?

Hey guys! For the last couple days I’ve been sick with a fever, I figure some random virus. Today I feel a little better but I’m really itchy all over. I have heard of post viral rashes but I do not have a rash or any redness. It’s just itchy. It’s mostly on my arms, neck, face, and my ears weirdly enough. You think I should be concerned? 😩 I’m sorry. I’m a hypochondriac and am trying not to Google.
