Online Birthing Class

Hello beautiful mommas, I need your recommendation on online birthing class that supports unmedicated vaginal birth, but not anti-hospital.

What do YOU recommend?

Background:

I live in a country where there’s no epidural or gas for vaginal delivery. Not enough childbirth knowledge education. Midwives gets to tell us when to push. So, science, pain-management and relaxation are gonna be very important in the process to avoid distress.
