I am in bed Just got my period and it Hurts like @#$&@!
Anyone have some suggestions for something i can do while i  Lie here feeling sorry for myself? ? ?

Take a nice hot bath ?Add some essential oils too. Or put a warm towel (or as hot as you can handle) on your pelvic area. I aim for the area where my uterus and Fallopian tubes are. Heat does wonders. I feel like it melts away the cramps. Also go with whatever emotions come up. Cry if you feel like it. Let it all out. Then go to sleep lol

Thank you for great advices i took a hot bottle and my furbaby with me in to bed and i watched some tv show until i fall a Sleep... I have endometriosis so this time of month is a killer for me! But i soul mention that naproxen also helped the pain. ♡ Here is my furbaby ♡

Hot water bottle always worked for me! Just put some hot water (as hot as you can stand it) in a bottle, and on it tummy! Used to calm the pain for me! Feel better ?
