My husbands first sa was 10,000 and all were dead! His second sa went upto only 300,000 but they were all alive! I've been told that clomid can help sperm count but as I live in the uk my Gyno won't let my hubby have it! He's been taking "speman" for nearly 3months now and has a 3rd sa next week to see the results. Is there any other way I can get clomid for him if these tablets haven't made a difference?? Thanks!
