I had a miscarriage

Hi everybody , i would like to ask about something .

I had a miscarriage on sepr 3d and it was only 5 weeks the blood stoped sept 10th , when should i have my regular period!????

Btw i had an intercourse on sept 12th ! And now am suffering from hard cramps backaches and thick white discharge!
