When to start BDing again?

I unfortunately suffered a mc last sunday. I had a scan on monday which shows that everything had gone, and the bleeding stopped yesterday.

Only thing is, im finding it hard to stay away from my husband and not bd!

When is it safe for us to start bding again?

I think you could bd now, I don't see why you couldn't, maybe use protection though, might want to wait a cycle before ttc again, let your body settle back to normal post pregnancy/mc
