How often are you on facebook a day?

I recently disabled my facebook. I was constantly scrolling, checking in and updating my statuses. I didn't think anything of it at first, but recently my bf has been complaining of how it was the annoying third wheel in our relationship. Then it started to dawn on me exactly how much time was spent on fb a day, both on my laptop and phone app. Needless to say I booted the annoying third wheel!

Don't have Facebook, never wil. Don't want it, never will. If you care about me enough and you live close by, you'll come and talk to my face. If you live farawy and care about me enough, you'll call or email me. Just sayin. I don't need to see other peoples lives, just as I don't need them to see my life.

I scroll a lot but mostly out of boredom and habit. I used to post regularly and use it as a form of motivation, it has really played the opposite role. I stay networked but mainly use it for social upkeep outside of my social life.

I get on fb maybe 1-3 times a day for 5-10 mins each time.  I am kind of over fb, I use it to share pics and videos of my family because we are military and don't live near relatives, and I use it for sharing church stuff.... That's pretty much it!

I get on it to check my notifications and messages and maybe post a status. When my husband isn't home, I will do some scrolling but not more than an hour. ?

I have a fb but I very rarely go on it.  I used to a lot to check up on my dd but now I just go right on hers to see what she's up to.
