Is there a difference?

Question

This might be a silly question but, is eyeshadow primer and eyeshadow base the same thing? I own urban decay eyeshadow primer (works like a charm) and bought NYX eyeshadow base thinking it would work the same. Is it? I've noticed it still creases a tiny bit after long wear so I'm unsure now.

​And, what eyeshadow primer do you ladies recommend? :) I wear eyeshadow & eyeliner a lot ??

I use the Wet and Wild (From their Fergie line) and it works as good as the Urban Decay one for a fraction of the price!

I love eyeshadow base, like the Mac paint pots. If you have a problem with creasing, or have oily eyelids(it's a real thing) you should try putting a concealer on first, the Mac Pro longwear never creases on me.
