Ice salt?

What is it with girls eating ice salt to trick their body into losing weight.. someone people explain this to me!

That doesn't make sense.. Salt will make you retain water .. Causing bloating making you look bigger

I wonder if they're misunderstanding the epsom salt bath thing.. That's supposed to help you lose weight (through detoxing your skin). I've never heard of eating it though, yuck

It's a purging system, something I used to do when I was suffering from EDNOS. It makes you vomit. Please don't do it.
