Baby movements feeling sad

So I'm now 18 weeks + 5 days and I've felt no movements what so ever. I was told that I have a anterior placenta which I know explains why no feeling. But he will be my 3rd baby and I felt my other 2 boys at 14 weeks and still nothing. It's just very disheartening and I want that daily reassurance. Anyone else in the same situation? Or had a anterior placenta and when did you feel movement?
