Just a tip that hopefully helps some of you! I randomly started putting more coconut products in my diet last summer (a Tbs of oil in my morning smoothie) and a bottle of coconut water daily, my endo started feeling so much better! I found out that coconut is a natural anti-inflammatory which could be the reason. That same month I finally got pregnant! I'm not sure if they're connected, but hey if you're like me, I would try anything that might help. Good Luck to all!
