Worried

My periods always follow sync. I have missed completely so far this month and every test I've take. Has been bfn. :( I'm losing patience and I think I need to wait until November to test again. It's just odd for me because last time I was late I had concieved my daughter. I just don't see any other explaintion....should I test here again this week or wait until November....
