3 days late

I usually have pretty regular periods. I was due on Sunday 9/26. I was very crampy like I normally would be but it never came. My boobs are mildly sore, and they are never sore. I took a preg test on Monday and bfn. When should I test again??? I'm nervous to see a bfn again I want a baby so bad , we have been ttc for 7 months now. And 11/1 my hubby will be having a seamen analysis because I am so anxious that there is something wrong with him or me. I have been checked out and had and u/s last month and my gyn says everything is normal. Idk I'm so nervous
