Feeling awful

So I just got done with a 7 day period 3 days ago, or what I think was a period. I was on the depo shot for about a year and had no period at all with it. Past week or maybe more, smells are really getting to me, I feel so sick at night time mainly, nauseas and just an overall sick feeling. For some reason I always have sore breasts, and I've had dry mouth like crazy and am drinking water constantly. My SO and I don't use any protection what so ever. Not sure what's going on here?? I feel awful
