Does true love really exist?

I have never been in love and I am 26 years old. I long for romance and pray that I will find my soul mate. After seeing how love looks like in movies I always ask myself if it's really like that? Will I find it and when I do will I feel so happy and complete?

True love really does exist. I went through some crappy relationships before I met my husband. Those relationships made me realize what I don't like and what I do like. Once that perfect guy comes along you'll forget about all the rough times. My husband is my best friend and I'm lucky. Of course it's not all rainbows and sunshine all the time but we both know how to compromise / we truly care about making each other happy. That's what true love is to me. Hope you find the one for you in the near future! ??

Exactly like the movies? Not a chance... But there are moments, sure.

Think of romantic movies as a photo album. Those great things happen, but there's a whole lot more stuff that never gets recorded too.

I've been with my husband 4 for 9 years, married for 2. I still watch those movies and wonder to myself if that truly does exist out there. I honestly don't think that it does. Love is different for everybody not everyone can love the same with the same amount. You just try to love the best you can. But I wouldn't say there's necessarily one true love

I tried looking for love too and maybe my advice sucks cuz I'm only 18 but I stopped looking and I my love and I found eachother. Ive been dating my current boyfriend for 1yr and some and I truly believe were in love. Yet I struggle with the definition of love. I think it does exist. And I know the struggle to find romance and love sucks but it's totally worth findin the perfect guy and not dating a bunch of people to try and feel something.

I don't know... I do hope you will find that guy that makes you happy. Word of advice though, if he doesn't make you happy in ur first month together... He'll never will. So never ever think " it will get better" because it won't.

Yea it does, but in my experience its nothing like the movies. I've been with my husband for going on 8 years. We started out in the gooey lovey stage, now best friends, share the same views/beliefs but need our own space. And everybody has fights ppl are lying if they say they don't or haven't been together long enough.

I believe it does I have been in 2 long term relationships both with my exes. Now I'm in a 7month relationship and I love him sooo much Iam so happy we found eachother and I believe he is my soul mate. 
Good luck and some advice don't go looking for love doesn't really work that way. Let it come to you. Or u can try a dating website just to look for someone to hang with then go from there. I met my boo on okcupid 90% match.
