How soon after ib to start testing?

I am 6 dpo according to glow, but my bbt never really spiked. Glow i think is basing ovulation on my + opk test. Tmi warning - This morning I had pink spotting (very light) and only when I wiped one time. When I wiped again and other times today I get nothing. I had light cramps this morning that are getting stronger as day progresses, but different from af. It's more like a pain in one spot that is radiating from that spot, if that makes sense. Seems like it is way too early to poas. When should I start testing? Anyone else experience this and get bfp or bfn. Don't want to get too hopeful yet but can't help it. This is our 4th month ttc #1.
