How do you deal with bfn?

We've been trying for 4 months now and still get my bfn!!! I get hopeful thinking this month is the month and then the test says otherwise. How do you gals deal with the bfn? Hard to remain hopeful when I've never wanted anything so bad.

Been trying for a year and a half...I just keep saying next month is the month...I think thats the only way to deal with it...

Stop putting so much stress on yourselves. Test only if your period is late. Hubby and I were trying for years. When we first started trying, I would test myself if I had the slightest symptoms. I would get so upset when I had a bfn so I stopped taking tests. I finally found out I'm pregnant last week. My period was 9 days late and by the urging of my husband, I gave in and took the test. Actually I took four of them because I didn't believe that my test was positive ?
