Cycle starts Nd ends, ovulation happens when?

Okie I have heard your cycle start is the first day of your menstral cycle, and ovulation is roughly 14days later correct? Well this "glow" callander risk for pregnancy/ovulation time is the second week after my menstral  cycle ends so technically (3week) why is that? Opinions are much needed please

And mine is the 15th! It's different for everyone. This app is just guessing based on the average. Go to cvs and purchase an ovulation predictor kit. They're like $20 and definitely worth it. This app originally told me the 11th day was my ovulation date. It was def off! :-)

My fertile day is the 9th of my cycle.it's not always the same for everyone. Probably yours is later.if you keep tracking your body temperature and cv and everything the app asks you it will be easier to track it down. Also on my ovulation day I have some cramps as in my period for the day

Your cycle begins on the first day of your period. Most people have their O day in the 14th cycle day so you are fertile a few days before and normally one day after that. Best way to tell is with an OPK test
