Pregnant

I am currently pregnant. I am conflicted between keeping the baby or having an abortion (please keep comments about abortion to yourself... If you are for or against it is of no concern to me). I am an only child and I don't have a ton of friends where I live currently. I was wondering how other women who may have been in the same predicament dealt with their pregnancy. I sometimes look at other families where their child has lots of aunts and uncles and cousins and I feel envious and sad that my child wouldn't have that. My mother passed away when I was 17 (I'm 27 now) and my dad made some bad choices in life and has not been in my life for some time. My SO is also an only child. Of course my friends would be surrogate aunts and uncles but I still feel like I'd be short changing my child. I know every family is different and this seems like a small and petty concern but it weighs heavily on me. Anyway I was hoping to hear from other women who don't have a strong or large support system or large family and how they deal with raising their child. Thanks in advance!
