If I suspect I have an anovulatory cycle, how long should I wait to go into the doctor?

I have been TTC for a little over 5 months. My cycles are irregular 54 days on average. My current one has been 60 days so far and still going... The reason I suspect i am anovulatory is because of my BBT chart. I have only charted for this latest cycle.

Rule of thumb is to test once a week until AF, BFP, or cd 60. If you're at cd 60, call and see your doc. She may want to bring you in for tests and may prescribe you something to jump start your period.

You should try opk those are a little easier to tell. And you're going to test later in the cycle if you have a long cycle.
